Vance Horie joined Bennett Engineers in 1998 as a Drafting Technician. He has been a CAD operator since 1987 and has been involved with various projects such as the Honolulu International Airport, Chinatown Streetlighting, and First Hawaiian Center.
Vance has recently started training as a Designer, and has worked in this capacity on a number of projects, such as various Territorial Savings and American Savings bank branches, TOPA building tenant improvement projects, Kamehameha Schools dorms lighting renovations, and BYU Faculty Housing upgrades.
